Job Description

The client service includes leaders in Market Research / Business Research

Spearhead operations of the team to successfully complete deliverables within deadlines and meet client expectations

Create innovative approaches to deliver open-ended deliverables such as industry research

Evolve templates to capture metrics of an identified industry and ensure timely completion of templates on a periodic basis

Front-end client communication on operational issues like workflow planning, quality and deadlines

Manage and motivate the team, manage staffing, training, quality, deadline adherence, succession planning in the shift. Document all the process and methodologies.

Involving high end secondary research techniques

Strong Knowledge in subscribed resources on secondary research sources

Technical Know-how of MS Office Suite

Exceptional oral and written communications skills in English, including presentation skills, exposure to direct client interaction.

Ability to work in flexible schedule

Location : Chennai


Two shifts:

Shift 1 – 7AM IST to 3PM IST
Shift 2 - 3PM IST to 11PM IST


Knowledge of some basic subscribed resources on secondary research sources like (IMS, Factiva, LexisNexis, Dialog, Bloomberg, etc.)

Domain: Business Research
Location : Chennai
Exp : 2-6 yrs
